Welcome!
The University of Leeds ITE Partnership is a partnership between the School of Education, representing the University of Leeds, and schools who offer training placements for the school-based element of the PGCE courses at Leeds.This Partnership is founded on the principles that:
- the partners bring complementary knowledge, skills, and understanding to ITE, and
- the expertise of staff from both school and university contexts and perspectives provides a basis for a rigorous and professional initial training programme.
This section of the website is intended to support staff who are involved in the ITE provision, particularly school-based colleagues.
